Recipe for Soufflé Omelette

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Soufflé Omelette

    1. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl. Thoroughly whip until the mixture is thick enough that no ripples remain on the surface. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and add the mixture from step 6.
    3. Cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Turn off the heat, put on a lid, and let steam for 1 minute. 
    4. Fold circular souffle in half and set it on a plate.
    5. Repeat steps 6-9 for the remaining half of the ingredients.
    6. Pour tomato sauce over both soufflés and add diced parsley for a refreshing taste.

Tips

Serve quickly; soufflés will shrivel if they are not eaten when hot.
